If were to sum up the philosophy of the Greek people, it would be this
“Life has to be enjoyed”
and nowhere is this zest for the life better expressed than in our food.

symbolises the spirit of the people and the land. for over 3,000 the Greek table has been a place to pursue the satisfaction of all the senses. Flavours, aromas, music and
laughter- the pleasure of sharing food, drink and enjoyment- all swirls together to gratify both body and soul.
It’s no suprise that Plato, greatest of Greek Philosophers, would
hold his discourses over bounteous feasts
